3/4 of large cucumber
2 tsp finely diced garlic
2 Tbsp finely diced fresh dill

DIRECTIONS
Grate cucumber on a medium size grater. Then place grated cucumber in a strainer and press out the excess liquid from the cucumber. If you do not do this, Tzatziki will become watery. Add the Greek Yogurt and cucumber to a large mixing bowl. Throw in diced garlic and dill. Mix well. Slowly stir in the olive oil and seasonings. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
